What people are saying about Limitless Leadership:
I am very committed to Legacy Leadership® .
I was drawn to it because the model is “practical and immediately
applicable” instead of “theory and good intentions,
but vague about how to apply.” As you know, my doctorate is
in leadership, continuous improvement and systems thinking. With
all of that education goop, I have never found a leadership piece
as powerful as Legacy Leadership® . It has changed my entire
approach to teaching leadership and practicing it. I know that we
are encouraged to lead from the soul, but how do you do that? Legacy Leadership® does that.
Regarding what galvanized my commitment to Legacy Leadership® ,
my answer has to be the people that I initially met and worked with
at Vancouver, especially Brenda, Carollyne and Jeannine. I later
met Lee and was so impressed. The other piece to this is that LL
materials, philosophy and training match my personality and who
I am, as well as how I want to be treated as a leader.
Long answers but important one for others to hear. You are welcome
to use my name and refer people to me for more information.

Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the full
Legacy Leadership® experience, especially on Days 2 and 3. The
opportunity to be in conversation with truly exceptional people was
simply brilliant. I know the full value of what I have gained from
the Legacy Leadership® Institute will be seeping in for the next few
months (years!), and that the essence of the Legacy Leadership®
Best Practices will inform the book I am writing (on stakeholder engagement).
What I have already received is ENORMOUS!

What I took away from the Legacy Leadership® Institute is that although it's important to understand and implement
models of leadership, what is truly crucial is to appreciate the
innate wisdom and leadership qualities in each of us, to listen
for it, to encourage it to come forth and to champion it when it
shows up.

It was my pleasure and privilege to be a participant in the Legacy Leadership® Institute conducted by Brenda and Carollyne last week
in Vancouver.
The concepts and materials that Lee Smith and Jeannine Sandstrom
have created are extraordinary, and the generous facilitation by
Brenda and Carollyne was magnificent. The Institute was one of those
rare experiences that will have a lifelong impact.
Congratulations on the body of work that you have created and on
your progress in taking Legacy Leadership® into the world.

Legacy Leadership® is about finding
people doing things right. I studied with Blanchard and Covey- while
both are good approaches, Legacy Leadership® covers all they
claim to and more. It's prescriptive by identifying specific behaviours,
so individuals can benchmark themselves against what we know about
great leaders, then develop(ing) a plan to take themselves from
good to great.

As the Director of Staff Development and
Training for one of South Carolina's largest State Agencies, I have
had the opportunity to work with many training organizations and
consultants. Working with Brenda and Carollyne has by far been one
of the best experiences and investments in training in years. Their
knowledge and expertise in working with organizations to craft a
leadership development program and to tool leaders with the skills
to perform at higher levels of competency is helping us to streamline
our Capacity Building initiatives. Thank you for your continued
support.
