- Introduced INTERSERV™ to re-engineer non-clinical support
services in Canadian hospitals, adapting a US management system,
from sales through implementation. Projects worked with 150-200
employees with financial scope of $10-12 million each.
From 1969 to 1996 held positions of progressive responsibility
for the largest service management company in Canada. Key roles

Aramark Canada's health care division from serious erosion in the

professionals in B.C..
Workplace Change Agent: Founder
of KIDS' Daycare Centre at the Royal Columbian Hospital, selected
as one of 12 model employer-supported daycare centres in Canada
by the Federal Department of Labour.
Social Change Agent: Founding Board
member of PEPS,(1982) a peace education development organization
which created and sold conflict resolution curriculum to schools
around the globe, and attracted over $750,000 in project grants.
Currently serves on the Board of Youth on Purpose, a non-profit
society, dedicated to supporting youth to find their life passion
and work.
