TeleClass Purpose

This TeleClass edition of the Legacy Leadership® Institute is designed to allow maximum integration of the concepts and applications of Legacy Leadership® over an extended period of time, and in an environment of optimum collaboration. The use of the teleconferencing technology, along with email as a supporting communication system, provides maximum flexibility for participants to include the learning sessions in their schedules, and to make application to practical and current business opportunities.

The TeleClass promotes:

	Developing and working with teams that are dispersed over a wide geographic area.
	Providing follow-up and support for participants in an intensive leadership training environment
